SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked an appointment with ReviewSquid through our website, scheduling forms, or service workflows and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-In

SMS opt-in is collected through web forms or scheduling forms with a dedicated consent checkbox. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your appointment, inquiry, service request, or customer support communication.

Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. After sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
